This is NOT your Grandma’s Aqua Aerobics class! Think Boot Camp, but in the water! This class will take place in the shallow end (4ft) of the Belk Gym Pool. No swimming skills required. The class may include high- intensity activities, which involve swift movement. Please wear appropriate swimming attire for this type of activity.
