Sport Clubs

The Sport Clubs program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is designed to provide the opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to participate in a variety of competitive, instructional, and recreational sports. Each club is formed, organized, governed, and conducted by students under the guidelines established by the Department Recreational Services.

A sport club is a registered student organization formed by individuals with a common interest in a particular sport or recreational activity. Clubs may be competitive, instructional. or recreational. Sport Clubs are student-initiated and student-managed. Club members gain a valuable learning experience through their involvement in the organization, administration, scheduling, fund raising, public relations, and the development of skills in their particular sport. The club's success is directly related to the leadership and involvement of its members and the support and involvement of its faculty advisors.

We offer many different activities!  Please explore this section of the website to find out more about them.
